Same headsets. Two very different days out.

Choose the path that matches your plan — every session includes delivery, set-up, a trained guide and a curated line-up agreed with you beforehand.

For Schools & Education

Take the class there.

Field trips without buses, science you can stand inside, history you can walk through. We bring Meta Quest headsets and a trained guide to your school so an ordinary lesson becomes something students talk about for weeks.

Learning experiences

01

Virtual field trips

Visit the Great Rift Valley from above, swim a coral reef, stand in the Colosseum or on the surface of Mars — inside a single period.

02

Science & geography simulations

Walk through the human heart, assemble molecules, watch plate tectonics move, and see how a river shapes a landscape in minutes rather than millennia.

03

Historical recreations

Explore ancient Egypt, a WWI trench or the Apollo 11 landing, then debrief with prompts tied to your curriculum.

How a classroom session runs

Single or double periods, half-days, or a full-day VR day for several classes.
Supervision
A Flagout VR guide runs every session alongside your teacher — set-up, safety briefing, play, pack-down.
Space & power

Fast, sweaty crowd-pleasers — the kind where the whole room cheers the person in the headset.

e.g. Beat Saber, Superhot VR, Pistol Whip

Racing & sports

Sit-down or stand-up racing, mini golf, boxing and table tennis with surprisingly real physics.

e.g. Walkabout Mini Golf, Eleven Table Tennis, Thrill of the Fight

Horror

For the brave (and the spectators who love watching them jump). Adults and older teens only.

e.g. Resident Evil 4 VR, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted

Party & family

Easy to pick up, hilarious to watch, safe for the whole family.

e.g. Job Simulator, Gorilla Tag, Cook-Out, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes

Titles rotate as the Quest library grows — we confirm the exact line-up with you when booking.

Events we run

Birthday parties

Kids, teens or adults — we tailor the line-up to the age group and run the whole activity.

Corporate team-building

Co-op puzzles, friendly tournaments and a break from the boardroom for teams of any size.

Community & school events

Fun days, fairs, open days and fundraisers — a VR station is the stall everyone queues for.

FAQ

Everything you need to know before you book.

How long is a session?

Each person usually plays or learns for 15–20 minutes at a time before we rotate — that keeps everyone comfortable and lets a whole group have a go. A typical school or party booking runs 2–3 hours; full-day bookings are available for events.

What is the minimum age?

Meta recommends Quest headsets for ages 10 and up, and we follow that guidance for gaming sessions. For classroom bookings we work with the teacher to choose age-appropriate experiences and keep sessions short for younger learners.

What is included in a booking?

Meta Quest headsets, controllers, charging, sanitised face covers for every user, a trained Flagout VR guide who sets up and supervises the whole session, and a curated line-up of games or learning experiences agreed with you beforehand.

Can you handle large groups?

Yes. We bring multiple headsets and run rotations so a class, a party or a team-building group all get hands-on time. Tell us your group size on the booking form and we will recommend the number of headsets and session length.

Do you come to us?

Yes — we deliver, set up and pack down on-site anywhere in our service area. You only need a clear space (roughly 2 × 2 metres per active player) and a power outlet.

How do I book and pay?

Pick an open date on the Book Now page or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, agree the session plan and send you a quote. A deposit secures the date; the balance is due on the day.

Is VR safe for students and children?

Our guides supervise every session, keep play areas clear, enforce breaks and clean headsets between users. Anyone who feels dizzy simply takes the headset off — we also avoid intense motion titles for first-timers and younger players.

What happens if the weather or plans change?

Let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp and we will move your booking to another open date at no charge where possible.

Ready to step in?
